1. How do I know the details of each product design?
Each design completed with information at the bottom of the picture which states about the name and code of the design, size (in centimeters), price (in USD) and number of minimal order.
2. Can I know the basic substances used in making the Venetian Mirror and are the substances in accordance with the International standard?
the basic substances used here are: 5 millimeters Mirror and Glasses made by Asahimas ( Japanese Corporation), back support, 18 millimeters of oven Block Board with quality export, 6 or 8 millimeters wire hook depending on the size of the mirror. Finishing paint oil which doesn’t contain poison or high quality velvet fabrics for small size and its equivalence, the hook made of iron plate, our quality standard has a national quality standard parameter towards International standard.
3. How can I buy ?
1. choose the design you like in our Website, then add to the Shopping Chart, then send your inquiry to us. 2. Sign Up and complete all the data needed, then send them to us. 3. Wait our response for maximum 48 hours to get your quotation. 4. Please resend the response to us to reconfirm, agreement of our quotation. 5. Do the payment and email us the receipt of the telegraphic transfer and we will send you the electric receipt. 6. We will start working out your order and we will keep informing you the progress of your order until the goods are delivered to your home. 7. The delivery of the original document to your home is in accordance with the data you submitted when you signed up.
4. How do I pay ?
You can pay by using TT, Money Gram, Western Union, Pay Pal.

5. Is there any additional charge (hidden cost) other than the price of the good and cost of delivery ?
- SEA FREIGHT SHIPMENT; yes, all of the costs will be informed when we give you the quotation, however the costs stated in the quotation don’t include taxes of the destination country, Custom Clearance, cost of delivery from the harbor to your home address and other expenses which might be occurred in your country.
- AIR FREIGHT SHIPMENT; Yes, We will inform when we give you the quotation, this Air Freight Shipment will be faster and you will receive your goods at home (door to door service). Possible costs that might be occur such as Custom Clearance and Taxes in accordance with the destination Country.
6. Can I refuse the quotation offered?
Yes, you can refuse the quotation we offered without any charges.
7. Do I get any discounts from the price list stated in the quotation?
Yes, although the prices we stipulated are for whole sale purchase, you will still get a 10% discount for the purchasing of minimum USD 10.000
8. Can I cancel my order and refund the money I have transferred?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 days after the date of your transfer and will be deducted for bank correspondence fee and administration. We will transfer the refund if we have received your money into my bank account. Canceling your order after 3 days from the date of your transfer can not be accepted and is not refundable.
9. What is your compensation for me in the event that my order arrives later than the agreed time which is stated in the quotation?
Whatever the reasons that makes your order arrive late and not in accordance with the date of arrival as stated in the quotation, we will give you a compensation of 50% discount from the price list for once purchasing with the same number of order for your next order.
10. Can I use my own Cargo to send the goods?
Yes, you can buy goods from us, and we will send the goods to your Cargo Agent and we will not charge any payment for delivering the goods to your Cargo which is located in Denpasar Bali area.
11. How do I know the nearest Port Destination to my home address?
You can check it in the list of Port Destinations we attached.
12. Do I have to give my complete address?
Yes, we do need your complete address for shipment documents, name of company, destination, post code, Office / Home telephone number ( fixed phone number), mobile phone, and other information to facilitate the process of delivery.
13. How long does it take until my order arrives?
We will inform you in the quotation, that would depend on if the goods you order is ready stock or have to wait to make and how long it will take will be informed ETA in our quotation.
14. May I know how to pack the Venetian Mirror ?
- Each of the Venetian Mirror will be covered by a Plastic Bubble Foam
- After that each of the Venetian Mirror will be put in to a high quality cardboard box and will be blocked with packing cork (Stereo Foam) until it really fit and is not shaking.
- Each cardboard box will be sealed with a packing rope to ensure that the Venetian Mirror is in the best condition and is not shaking.
- Every 4 or 5 pieces ( depends on the size) will be put in to an International standard wooden packing ISPM#15 to quench the shake and we will ad some more packing cork (Stereo Foam) in the inside part of the Wooden Box and in the apertures part of the wooden box.
- We will provide extra security at every corner of the box and in the joining wood of the box will be added iron plate.
15. Will the Venetian Mirror be safe in the delivery process?
Yes, it is guaranteed that you will receive the goods in perfect condition, as we will pack the goods in accordance with the International standard ISPM#15 with anti shaking and endure toward light to medium impacts
16. What is the minimal order?
The minimal order of each good is different. You can find it in the details of each Photo Design, for each order is 1 CBM, for large size is 140 centimeters X 60 Centimeters will contain 5 peaces.
17. Is there any insurance to cover in the event that there is damage
If you order in minimal order we cannot cover, because insurance cannot guarantee for LCL shipment, however for whole container shipment can be protected by insurance. The insurance fee is attached in the quotation.
18. What should I do in the event that I receive the Venetian Mirror in damaged condition?
Don’t worry! You just need to send us the photo of the damaged goods to see the condition and we will replace it 100% Free. We will replace the Venetian Mirror and packed with free, you just need to pay for the cargo fee and other related fees occurred in the destination country.
19. Does my Venetian Mirror have the same size and quality standard?
No, because the process of making is 100% hand made, so we will have size tolerance just a few centimeters however we guarantee that the quality of the product is the same.
20. Is there any quality standard tolerance for each product?
Yes, We do a very strict quality control, however as the process of making is 100% hand made there will be very little smooth stretch, colour and size, but this case is very small and normal for all hand made products.
21. How to maintain the Venetian Mirror?
It’s very simple to maintain your Venetian Mirror in pristine condition;
- You should polish the mirror every day with a soft dry or humid cloth in order not to stretch the surface of the mirror;
- Place the Venetian Mirror in a closed room, has no direct contact with open air and shine of the sun;
- Avoid the extreme air temperature, under 5 degree Celsius or above 42 degree Celsius;
- Don’t place your mirror around the bathroom because the water steam and humidity can damage the silver plating.
22. Can I order with my own design and size?
Yes, you can order the design and size that you have already got in accordance with your style. HOW TO ORDER : send us the photo of the design in jpg format with high resolution. The Photo shall be able to be enlarged to find out the graphic and its details. Attach the details of the size you want to order and we will reconfirm to you.
